RBIT provides discounted rates for planned projects that involve more than 30 hours of labor, and we always work with our clientele to find a budget-friendly solution that fits their technology needs. Please feel free to call for an estimate in advance of requesting service.
The pricing schedule to the right lists the prices for the basic services currently offered. We have a meet-or-beat policy, so call us if you find lower pricing elsewhere.
All remote support services are billed in ¼ hour increments. All on-site service calls have a 1 hour minimum. For on-site service calls, please provide instruction on parking, as we do request reimbursement or validation for building parking. There are no cancellation fees as long as 12 hour notice is provided for rescheduling.
